Great views and nice amenities, comfy beds and pillows, free water bottles in the room, and a nice breakfast selection. the area around the hotel is very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants.
The service was not up to par and the staff seemed disinterested in helping us with anything, from directions to getting a taxi. the facilities, although clean, seemed outdated and could use some refreshing.

We had an enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. Impressive interior design. Here we were close to few of our favorite spots such as former french concession.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to the Xintiandi shopping centre which offers a variety of restaurants and shops. Guests can easily access the Bund area for dinner or sightseeing, and there is also an antique street market nearby. the rooms are well-sized with modern amenities and tasteful decor, providing lovely views over Xintiandi. the staff is commended for their fantastic service, offering assistance with various arrangements and going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
Some guests mentioned that the breakfast had a wide selection but the quality could be improved.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic - it was in a key area close to many attractions and amenities. I could easily walk to popular landmarks and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. , the room I stayed in was spacious and had a separate living area and kitchen, which was a convenient feature. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful park and a city skyline in the distance.
There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the limited supply of bottled water in the room was quite inconvenient, especially in the dry climate.

Upon arriving at this luxurious hotel, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities offered. the room was spacious and well, furnished with a comfortable and large bed. the private facilities were exceptional, including a complimentary minibar and a coffee maker. the 24, hour lounge with snacks and drinks was a lovely touch.
The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet options, although the quality of the food was good. this hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to excellent restaurants and bars.
